When I wake up in the morning
And I see the new day dawning
I could see the clouds above me
But I know somebody loves me
I could hear the birds are crying
They can't fly because it's raining
I am feeling safe and secured
Under God's loving care
I look up on the sky and say;
Thank you Lord! I bless your name!
It's a wonderful thing to be me
Made to be free!
Free to walk along the pathway
Free to chat and say hello
Free to do the things
That made smile and sing.
I'm feeling fine!
